Mondays stands for "Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures"

At Organic Mondays, we recognise that a woman's health journey is continuous — from starting menstruation (known as menarche) through motherhood and beyond to peri-menopause and menopause (1 year after the last period). World Health Day (7th April every year), advocates for "Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures” in 2025. A first period (menarche) is likely to trigger a whole plethora of emotions, both for the girl and her mother.
